We’re looking to hire a Web Developer who will work closely with the team on a variety of projects including website development, content updates, and maintenance. Paid Advertising Specialist: PPC/ SEM /Social & Analytics

Responsibilities/Duties

  • PPC/ SEM /Social Ad & Analytics
  • Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
  • Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
  • Manage Google Tag Manager
  • Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing, Amazon Campaigns & AMS)
  • Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
  • Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues

This person will need to have a passion for seeking new ways to engage with clients and followers, manage event preparation, developing marketing tools, and have a passion for BOISE!

Relationship Management

Interact with members of the community, journalists, and local companies. Build and maintain relationships with media and Boise businesses. Finding and reaching out to local businesses who are potential clients.

Creative Campaigns

Work with a team to brainstorm creative ways that clients can reach the community. This will also include writing press releases, creating/implementing events, and writing blogs.

Creating Online Engagement

Engage with followers over the web through content creation including forum answers, web-page content creation, and video development.

Social Media Marketing

This person will report to and work with the Creative Director on all design projects specific to the marketing efforts of each client. Junior Marketing Graphic Designer will be responsible for creative and management of social media accounts including WemMarkets Medical. Projects may include social media marketing, web design, digital imagery, print media, and more. The work we do requires strong decision making skills to go along with a strong visual design sensibility.

We are looking for a focused, organized, and fast learner that is able to work with a multitude of client projects each day.

  • Generate graphics and captions for social media that creatively communicate each brand
  • Design and manage WebMarkets Medical social media
  • Research various industries, clients and competitors in order to cultivate a professional understanding and improve creative process
  • Produce materials across digital and print media for various clients across multiple industries
  • Design and manage production of digital media including social media, web design, digital ad campaigns, email templates, web banners, print design
  • Assist in conceptualizing compelling brand concepts for use in social media digital advertising
