Mackenzie Gilliam to lead webmarkets creative projects as new Creative Director
Boise, Idaho - We at webmarkets have made Mackenzie Gilliam the future of our digital marketing agency's creative endeavors. Her expertise in public relations and design will be vital to the success of our company. With previous experience as our Marketing Coordinator and an intern graphic designer for our sister company, Totally Boise, Gilliam has shown she has the tenacity to lead and knows her industry well. She will direct all creative projects for webmarkets and Totally Boise involving advertising, logos, web design, and more.
Gilliam holds three college degrees from Boise State University: Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts with an emphasis in Public Relations, and a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies. In her previous experience with webmarkets, she showed initiative in her ability to communicate with clients in PR outreach and develop PR strategies. In 6 years in the graphic design and public relations industry, she has shown drive, ambition, creativity, and leadership that has proven she has what webmarkets looks for in a Creative Director.
"Design shouldn't just be for aesthetics; it should make your company more valuable. That's what I do," says Gilliam. She continuously shows this is her core belief through her dedication to marketing campaigns. Gilliam took the lead on designing Totally Boise's quarterly magazine while also working on projects in website design, SEO strategy, social media strategy, content marketing, and graphic design.
In her free time, Gilliam enjoys frequenting local Boise coffee shops, cycling along the Boise Greenbelt, and supporting her favorite local Boise bands and artists.
